Some more street portraits…

I love to take photos of strangers in street… Not only for photography, but it is also a great opportunity to meet and interact with different people. My approach is quite direct and sincere… I just go and ask… “hey, I’m a street photographer, you look great! Is it cool if I take a photo of you?” 9 out of 10 say “yeah, sure!”.

Here are some latest shots. Shot with Fujifilm X-S10 and 57mm 1.2 or 35mm 1.4 lenses.

Metal Youth…

I just met these cute young ladies in street today and asked them if I could take their photos. I thank them for saying yes 🙂

Daily dose of coffee & photography

I don’t go out to photograph… I’d rather photograph what I live.  Therefore, one of my cameras is always with me…

I visited this cafe today to have my daily dose of caffeine and asked these barista friends for some photos for the daily dose of photography 😊

All photos are straight out of the camera. No post edits other than slight cropping in some of them.

Can I take a picture of you?

It might have been happened to you too… While you are hanging around and taking photos, a stranger catches your eye. Either his/her outfit, stance, or facial expression seem interesting to you. And since you don’t want to miss this moment, you feel the urge to ask this person whom you have never met before… “Excuse me… Can I take a picture of you?”

And, sometimes the opposite happens… While you’re taking a photo, someone you don’t know approaches and says, “Excuse me, can you take a photo of me too?”

Here are some of these moments…
